former AS PÄRNU ATP is Estonia's second biggest bus company Pärnu ATP was founded in 1960. In 1991 the company was re-organized to state-owned company RAS Pärnu ATP. In 1995 company's shares were transferred to local municipality until summer 2004 share holders were with 51,4% Pärnu municipality and with 48,6% OÜ Maiben. Today company's share holder is 100% Tartu bus company AS Tarbus in 2004 Pärnu ATP's total assets were 22,2 million EEK and turnover 88,8 million EEK more than 300 employees, 103 busses Pärnu ATP provides bus transportation services under trademark Pärnu Bussipark in following routes: - in Pärnu: 24,2 million passengers, 2 million kilometers per year
- in Pärnu county: 4,7 million passengers, 2,7 million kilometers per year
- Long-distance transportation in Estonia: 0,7 million passengers, 3 million kilometers per year
- Charter transportation in Estonia and Europe: 0,4 million kilometers per year
other activities: owner of Estonia's third biggest drivers school, Pärnu bus terminal, lunch room etc. other services: car repair, car wash Pärnu ATP is member of Union of Estonian Automobile Enterprises since August 2005 we belong to bus transportation company AS GoBus
